Hi I'm Coach Cem

A Certified PT/Strength and Conditioning Coach that works with an extremely diverse client base. Ranging from professional athletes in every major sport, to Fortune 500 company CEO's, to everyday working individuals, all of whom I train with the simple goal. Helping YOU conquer YOUR grind! Knowing that the mental aspect is a huge part to succeed in general, especially in your physical goals. I will pay attention and help you overcome the details that make a huge impact on your success.

I've trained champions. Built a gym from the ground up. Creating a method that transforms bodies and minds. But the real fuel? YOU. It's the people. The moments I help someone rise, move better, Think sharper, fight harder. That's what brings it all back to life. This isn't just fitness. It's a way of life. Built on discipline. Backed by science. Delivered with heart.

The History of  The Lion's Den

 ​​​​​​Gem Fitness was established in Tigard OR in 2013 with just 950 square feet of space. It was a gym with 1 punching bag and some equipment I had in storage. The passion and drive is the same now that it was out of that space. I've trained athletes who are now playing professionally today and many clients who achieved their goals out of the the Lions Den.

 

​I named it "The Lions Den"  inspired by a pride of lions. The lions work and stay together to protect the pride. And that is how we run the gym. It's always a team at the Lions Den and over the last decade it has transformed into a near 10,000Sq. Ft. training facility filled with world class equipment for any and all goals you seek to achieve.​​With a mix of strength training machines dating back over 30 years with some of the best designs in the fitness industry, to brand new Gym80 equipment which have biomechanically corrected designs to promote proper technique and safe training.
